Full-Washed Process

About This Process

The Full-Washed Process delivers the cleanest, most transparent cup profile. All mucilage is completely removed through controlled fermentation (12–72 hours) and thorough washing. Beans dry in parchment to 12–13% moisture before dry-hulling. This method highlights the true terroir character — bright acidity, floral notes, and exceptional clarity.
