About This Process

The Natural Process, also known as the Dry Process, is the oldest and most traditional method of coffee processing. Whole coffee cherries are dried intact under the sun for 3–6 weeks, allowing the bean to absorb fruit sugars as the cherry dehydrates. This produces bold, fruity, and intensely sweet flavor profiles that showcase Indonesia's tropical terroir.
